Nadaun , located on the banks of the Beas River in Himachal Pradesh’s Hamirpur district, is a town of rich historical, cultural, and religious significance.

Nadaun has been mentioned since ancient times and was once a part of the Kangra princely state . In 1714 AD, the famous Battle of Nadaun was fought here between the Sikh forces and the Mughal army.
